摘要
探究高仿真模拟人应用于神经内科临床教学的效果。选取2014级临床医学生60人,采用随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,对照组神经内科教学中采用常规教学模式,观察组将高仿真模拟人应用于神经内科临床教学中,对比2组临床技能及教学满意度。观察组入院评估、医患沟通、问诊、查体、诊断、实施抢救、人文关怀评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组自主学习能动性、应变能力满意度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。高仿真模拟人可提高临床医学生临床技能,并能够提高自主学习能动性与应变能力。
To explore the effect of high simulation human applied in clinical teaching of neurolog y department.60 clinical medical students of grade 2014 were selected and divided into observation group and control group by random number table method.Routine teaching mode was adopted inneurology teaching of the control group.High simulation human was applied in neurology clinical teaching of the observation group,and clinical skills and teaching satisfaction of the two groups were compared.The scores of admission evaluation,doctor-patient communication,consultation,physical examination,diagnosis,rescue and humanistic care in the observation group were all higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically signif icant(P<0.05).Satisfaction with self-learning initiative and strain ability in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically signif icant(P<0.05).High simulation of human can improve the clinical skills of clinical medical students,and can improve the initiative learning and strain ability.
