健康中国建设背景下医疗服务获得感的影响因素——基于福州市居民的问卷调查分析

Study on the Influencing Factors of Medical Service Gain Sense in the Context of Healthy China Construction:Based on the Questionnaire Survey Analysis of Fuzhou Residents

基于福州市居民医疗服务的问卷调查,通过因子分析、结构方程模型等方法进行实证分析,结果表明:福州市居民医疗服务获得感处于中等水平,慢性疾病、商业医疗保险、自评健康、社会网络、社会公平、身体锻炼等因素显著影响了居民获得感。医疗服务宏观供给能显著促进医院服务、医生服务、医保服务水平提升,进而影响居民获得感,其中,医生服务和医保服务对提升居民获得感的作用最大,医生服务在医院服务对获得感的影响中存在完全中介效应。政府应通过优化医疗保障制度、优化医疗卫生资源配置、提升社会公平认知度、增进社会网络交流、构建多层次医疗保障体系,以促进居民医疗服务获得感。

Based on the questionnaire survey of Fuzhou residents medical services,through methods such as factor analysis and structural equation model to empirical analysis,the result showed that Fuzhou residents’medical services gain sense is at medium level,chronic diseases,the commercial medical insurance,self-reported health,social networks,social justice,physical activity and other factors significantly influence residents’gain sense;Macro-supply of medical services can significantly promote the improvement of hospital services,doctor services and medical insurance services,then affect residents’gain sense.Among them,doctor services and medical insurance services have the greatest effect on improving residents’gain sense,and doctor services have a complete mediating effect in the influence of hospital services on residents’gain sense.Therefore,The government should optimize the medical insurance system,optimizing the allocation of medical and health resources,enhancing the awareness of social fairness,enhancing the communication of social networks,and building a multilevel medical security system,residents’medical services gain sense can be promoted.
