社交媒体把关人缺位对大学生思想的负面影响及应对

社交媒体是基于用户关系的内容生产与交换平台。社交媒体在Web1.0时代就已经出现,并在Web3.0时代借助算法推荐技术、大数据技术和人工智能得到创新发展。社交媒体把关人缺位对一些大学生带来了沉迷不良信息、社会主义核心价值观的消解、非真相传播的思想困惑、非政治传播对政治认同的消解等负面影响,使一些大学生迷失在媒体建构的"幻像世界"中。治理社交媒体把关人缺位,政府应加大对平台和内容生产者违法行为的处罚力度,并建立内容分级体系;社交媒体应建立平台和内容生产者把关人制度,并优化算法推荐模型;学校应深化"三全育人"改革,并多措并举提升大学生媒介素养。

Social media is a content production and exchange platform based on user relationships.Social media has appeared in the Web 1.0 era,and has been innovatively developed in the Web 3.0 era with the help of algorithm recommendation technology,big data technology and artificial intelligence.The absence of social media gatekeepers has brought about negative effects on college students such as indulging in bad information,dispelling socialist core values,ideological confusion caused by non-truth dissemination,dispelling political identity by non-political dissemination,and so on,making college students lost in the"illusion of media construction"In the world.To control govern the absence of social media gatekeepers,the government should increase penalties for illegal activities on platforms and content producers,and establish a content grading system;social media should establish a gatekeeper system for platforms and content producers,and optimize algorithm recommendation models;Schools should deepen the reform of"Three All-round Education"and take multiple measures to improve the media literacy of college students.
