无痛分娩技术在瘢痕子宫再次妊娠阴道试产应用中的观察与护理分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的在瘢痕子宫再次妊娠阴道试产中应用无痛分娩技术,对该技术的运用效果进行观察。方法选取2019年3月至2020年3月阳江市妇幼保健院收治的120例瘢痕子宫再次妊娠阴道试产产妇作为研究对象。按照是否实施连续硬膜外阻滞麻醉将产妇分为观察组(实施)和对照组(未实施),各60例。对比两组产妇的镇痛效果、阴道试产成功情况、新生儿窒息、阴道出血量、产程时间等情况。结果观察组的镇痛有效率高于对照组(P<0.05),阴道试产成功率高于对照组(P<0.05),新生儿窒息、阴道出血量、产程时间均少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论剖宫产术后瘢痕子宫阴道试产应用无痛分娩技术有促进自然分娩的作用,降低重复剖宫产率,提高产科质量,值得临床推广和应用。 Objective To observe the application effect of painless delivery technology in vaginal trial production of scar uterus pregnancy.Methods From March 2019 to March 2020 in Yangjiang Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital,120 cases of pregnant women with scar uterus were selected as the research object.According to the choice of continuous epidural anesthesia,puerpera were divided into observation group(implemented)and control group(not implemented),with 60 cases in each group.The analgesic effect,vaginal trial delivery success,neonatal asphyxia,vaginal bleeding volume,labor process time and so on were compared between the two groups.Results The analgesic effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The success rate of vaginal trial production was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The neonatal asphyxia,vaginal bleeding volume and labor process time of the study group were less than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of painless delivery technology in vaginal delivery of scar uterus after cesarean section can promote natural delivery.It is worthy of clinical promotion and application to reduce the rate of repeated cesarean section and improve the quality of obstetrics.
