关节镜联合微创技术对膝关节多发韧带损伤的疗效

Effect of Arthroscopy Combined with Minimally Invasive Technique on Multiple Ligament Injuries of Knee Joint

目的观察关节镜联合微创技术治疗膝关节多发韧带损伤的疗效。方法选取2018年6月至2020年1月广东省人民医院南海医院收治的46例膝关节多发韧带损伤患者为研究对象,通过单双号抽签的方式分为对照组与观察组,各23例。前者实施骨科常规术式治疗,后者实施关节镜联合微创技术治疗,对比两组患者治疗效果、膝关节功能评分情况及出现的并发症。结果观察组疗效显著优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后两组膝关节功能评分均有提高,且观察组不同时期评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组并发症率显著少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论膝关节多发韧带损伤患者实施关节镜联合微创技术治疗后,膝关节功能恢复良好,且并发症少。

Objective To observe the effect of arthroscopy combined with minimally invasive technique in the treatment of multiple ligament injuries of knee joint.Methods From June 2018 to January 2020,46 patients with multiple ligament injuries of knee joints admitted to Nanhai Hospital,Guangdong Provincial People's Hospital were selected and divided into control group and observation group by drawing lots with single and double numbers,with 23 patients in each group.The control group was treated with conventional orthopedic surgery,while the treatment group was treated with arthroscopy combined with minimally invasive techniques.The treatment effect,knee function score and complications were compared between the two groups.Results The treatment effects of the observation group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05);the knee joint function scores of both groups all increased,and the scores of the observation group were all higher than those of the control group in different periods(P<0.05);the complication rate of the observation group was significantly less than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion After the treatment of multiple ligament injuries of knee joint by arthroscopy combined with minimally invasive technique,the knee joint function recovered well with few complications.
