核磁共振成像检查用于诊断膝关节隐性骨折的临床应用价值

摘要 目的探讨核磁共振成像检查用于诊断膝关节隐性骨折的临床应用价值。方法选取2015年9月至2020年7月平凉市第二人民医院收治的膝关节隐性骨折患者62例作为研究对象,所有患者均接受核磁共振与多层螺旋CT检查,根据检查方式的不同分为核磁共振组和CT组,并以关节镜检查作为“金标准”进行对比分析。比较患者在疾病确诊率、类型检出率及检查价值等方面指标的差异。结果所有患者的疾病检查率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);核磁共振组患者的准确率为95.16%,敏感度为96.36%,特异性为85.71%,显著高于CT组的82.25%,83.93%,66.67%(P<0.05);核磁共振组在1、2、3级骨折损伤的检出率高于CT组(P<0.05)。结论采用核磁共振检查对膝关节隐匿性骨折患者进行诊断,能够更加清晰地显示骨折的位移及数量等情况,可进一步提高疾病的确诊率,为医生的后续治疗提供准确的参考,并制定相应的治疗方案,具有较高的临床应用价值。 Objective To explore the clinical value of magnetic resonance imaging in the diagnosis of recessive fracture of knee joint.Methods A total of 62 patients with recessive fracture of the knee treated in the Second People's Hospital of Pingliang City from September 2015 to July 2020 were selected as the research objects.According to different examination methods,they were divided into MRI group and CT group.All patients underwent MRI and MSCT examinations,and were divided into MRI group and CT group according to the different examination methods,and arthroscopy was used as the“gold standard”for comparative analysis.The diagnostic rate,type detection rate and examination value of the patients were compared.Results There was no statistically significant difference in the disease examination rate between the all patients(P>0.05).The accuracy,sensitivity and specificity of the MRI test group were 95.16%,96.36%and 85.71%,which were significantly higher than those of the CT group(82.25%,83.93%,66.67%)(P<0.05).The detection rate of grade 1,2 and 3 fracture injury in MRI Group was higher than that in CT group(P<0.05).Conclusion MRI examination for the diagnosis of patients with occult fracture of the knee joint can more clearly show the displacement and number of fractures,further improve the diagnosis rate of the disease,provide accurate reference for the followup treatment of doctors,and make the corresponding treatment plan,which has a high clinical application value.
