试论多媒体表象训练法在高校网球发球技术教学中的应用

On the Application of Multimedia Imagery Training Method in the Teaching of Tennis Serving skills in Colleges and Universities

发球技术是网球运动的基础性技术动作之一。传统的网球技术教学只是一味地注重发球技术动作的训练,却忽视了学生的心理状况,因而大大限制了学习效果。将多媒体表象训练教学法运用于高校网球发球技术教学中,既符合现代网球发球技术学习特点,又能够增加学生网球发球技术的稳定性与精准性,帮助学生快速建立正确动作的动力定型,从而快速有效地掌握发球技术的动作,是一种能够有效促进教学效果提升的教学方法。该文首先对网球发球技术与表象训练法相关理论知识分别进行阐析,然后对当前我国高校网球发球技术教学中存在的问题进行分析,最后对多媒体表象训练法在高校网球发球技术教学中的具体应用策略进行探索,以期能够为高校网球发球技术教学的改进提供有价值的理论参考。

Serving technique is one of the basic technical actions of tennis.Traditional tennis technique teaching only pays attention to the training of serve technique,but neglects the students’psychological condition,thus greatly limiting the learning effect.The application of multimedia imagery training teaching method in college tennis serving technology teaching not only conforms to the learning characteristics of modern tennis serving technology,but also can increase the stability and accuracy of students’tennis serving technology,and help students quickly establish the dynamic stereotype of correct movements,thus quickly and effectively mastering the movements of serving technology.It is a teaching method that can effectively promote the improvement of teaching effect.In this paper,firstly,the related theoretical knowledge of tennis serving technique and imagery training method are analyzed respectively,then the existing problems in tennis serving technique teaching in colleges and universities in China are analyzed,and finally,the specific application strategies of multimedia imagery training method in tennis serving technique teaching in colleges and universities are explored in order to provide valuable theoretical reference for the improvement of tennis serving technique teaching in colleges and universities.
