摘要 随着人们生活水平的不断提高,人们对于健康的关注度越来越高,通过各种方式来增加自身的综合素质,篮球训练就是其中非常重要的一种训练方式。在此背景下,篮球训练需要通过多种方式来达到训练的目的,核心力量的训练就是其中最主要的训练因素之一,学校和教师要积极培养学生篮球训练的兴趣,不断分析和探索核心力量训练的方式方法,在此基础上制订长期的训练方案和训练模式,确保训练能够达到提升学生综合素质的目的。该文探讨了篮球基础训练的重要性,即提高学生的整体素质,减少运动损伤,减少体力劳动。通过研究篮球的主要优势,提出了具体的训练、研究的工具。 With the continuous improvement of people’s living standard,people pay more and more attention to health,through various ways to increase their comprehensive quality.Basketball training needs to be done in a variety of ways.Core strength training is one of the most important training factors.School and teachers should actively cultivate students’interest in basketball training,analyze and explore the ways and methods of core strength training.On this basis,develop long-term training programs and training models.To ensure that the training can play the purpose of improving students’comprehensive quality.The paper discusses the important of basic basketball training,that is to improve the overall quality of students,reduce sports injuries and reduce physical labor.By studying,through the main advantage of basketball,specific training and research tools are propose.
