高校排球教学面临的困境分析及发展建议

Analysis on the Dilemma of Volleyball Teaching in Colleges and Universities and Suggestions for Its Development

该文通过文献资料法和访谈法对高校排球教学的困境与发展建议进行了系统的分析。高校排球教学在新时代面临着教学思想陈旧、教学理论匮乏、学生兴趣流失、教学体系的缺失、教师专业化水平不足等问题,阻碍着高校排球教学的教学质量,如何改善这些问题成为了高校体育教学科研人员的头等大事。研究发现,融入欧美教学思想、注重理论与实践结合、完善教学体系、增加教学的趣味性和提升教师专业化等都是解决这些问题的有益尝试。积极面对困境,寻找解决办法可以改进高校排球教学,从而提高教学质量,进而影响学生的体育锻炼观。

The paper systematically analyzes the difficulties and development suggestions of volleyball teaching in colleges and universities by means of literature review and interview.In the new era,volleyball teaching in colleges and universities is faced with such problems as outdated teaching ideas,lack of teaching theories,loss of students’interest,lack of teaching system and lack of teachers’professional level,which hinder the teaching quality of college volleyball teaching.How to improve these problems has become the top priority of college sports teaching and research personnel.It is found that integrating European and American teaching ideas,paying attention to the combination of theory and practice,improving the teaching system,increasing the interest of teaching and improving the specialization of teachers are beneficial attempts to solve these problems.Facing the difficulties actively and looking for solutions can improve the volleyball teaching in colleges and universities,so as to improve the teaching quality,and then affect the students’concept of physical exercise.
