摘要
该文通过文献资料法、逻辑分析法、问卷调查法等,对沈阳体育学院2015级体育教育专业学生在实习过程中是否遭遇学生伤害事件进行了调查,并对其所发生的原因进行剖析。研究表明:在学校体育实习过程中,沈阳体育学院体育教育专业2015级实习生所遭遇的学生伤害事件概率为25.84%,其中,与学生家长发生纠纷的比率达21.73%。经进一步访谈得知,由第三人所致的伤害事故率达47.83%,对学生进行体罚所引发的伤害事故率达4.35%,大部分事件是由于体育教师监管不到位、场地器材故障等原因所引发。结论建议:在学校体育教学与管理工作中,应增强体育教师的法律意识,确保体育教学安全措施的完善。为避免学生伤害事故的发生和针对"校闹"事件的解决与救济方式提出建议。
With the literature,logical analysis and questionnaire,this paper investigated interns from institute of physical education 2015 in Shenyang Sport University,and analyzed the reason of what caused students-injured-accident.The results show that in the process of school physical education practice,the probability of injury events encountered by 2015 interns of physical education major in Shenyang sport university is 25.84%,among which,the ratio of disputes with parents is 21.73%.According to the further interviews,the rate of injury accidents caused by the third person reached 47.83%,and the rate of injury accidents caused by corporal punishment of students reached 4.35%.Most of the incidents were caused by the lack of supervision of physical education teachers and the failure of site equipment.Conclusions:During the school physical education teaching and managing,the physical education teacher’s legal consciousness should be strengthened,so that guarantees the physical education teaching against injured and offers measure consummation.In order to avoid student injury accident and to solve and remedy the"school trouble"incident,some suggestions are put forward.
