摘要
核设施退役与三维仿真技术的结合是传统行业与新兴技术的碰撞与融合,将会实现技术的革新与产业的升级,在传统的核设施退役行业开拓出新的工作领域,不仅会促进科研生产的发展,而且将反过来促进三维仿真技术的进步。本文对三维仿真技术在核设施退役领域进行了应用研究,重点结合国内某核退役厂的科研生产实际,以需求为导向,在退役数据库管理、人员辐射剂量评估、退役方案推演与评估、虚拟培训等方面展开,设计并研发了核退役三维仿真系统。该系统应用到企业的科研生产活动中,在退役方案推演及优化、操作人员培训等方面发挥了非常重要的作用。不仅充实和优化了核设施退役工程研究的方法,而且在减少人员到辐射现场的频次,保护人员健康方面取得了明显的成效。
The application of 3D simulation in nuclear facility decommissioning represents the combination of traditional industr y with emerging technology,which will lead to technical innovation and industrial upgrading.Such application will not only propel the development of nuclear facility decommissioning,but also the improvement of 3D simulation.This paper presents the research on application of 3D simulation in nuclear facility decommissioning based on the scientif ic research and production practices in a nuclear plant.A demand-oriented 3D simulation system capable of decommissioning data management,personnel dose assessment,plan review and optimization,and virtual training in nuclear facility decommissioning is developed.This system plays a very important role in the scientif ic research and production in the above plant,especially in the plan review and optimization,and operator training.It also provide new method for research on nuclear facility decommissioning projects and is very effective in protecting personnel such as reducing radiation exposure.
