摘要
超临界直流锅炉是电厂电力生产中的重要设备,对于电厂正常运行而言起到了非常关键的作用。但是,在超临界直流锅炉有效工作的过程中,燃煤成分、燃煤品种、燃煤物理成分以及锅炉结构都会在一定程度上影响锅炉运行,造成结焦问题。本文笔者对超临界直流锅炉的结焦问题进行了分析研究,在文章中详细阐述了超临界直流锅炉的结焦原因,并提出了超临界直流锅炉的结焦问题的改进方法。
Supercritical once-through boiler is an important equipment in power plant power production,and plays a very critical role in the normal operation of the power plant.However,during the effective operation of the supercritical once-through boiler,the coal-burning composition,coal-burning type,coal-burning physical composition,and boiler structure will affect the boiler operation to a certain extent,causing coking problems.In this paper,the author analyzes and analyzes the coking problem of supercritical once-through boilers.In this article,the cause of coking in supercritical once-through boilers is elaborated in detail,and the improved method of supercritical once-through boilers'coking problem is proposed.
