Research Progress and Application Examples of Territorial Development Intensity

国土空间是经济社会高质量发展的基本载体,是人民赖以生存和发展的家园。随着城市化、工业化的推进,空间开发失衡、资源环境破坏严重等问题日趋严重,有效控制国土空间开发强度成为了推动资源节约集约利用、有效保护生态环境的重要保障。本文在对国土空间开发强度的研究进展进行综合梳理的基础上,以攀西地区为例,对其国土空间开发强度进行实证分析,旨在为区域国土空间规划编制与空间用途管制策略实施提供参考。

Territory is the basic carrier of high-quality economic and social development and the home of people's survival and development.With the development of urbanization and industrialization,the imbalance of territorial development and the serious destruction of resources and environment are becoming more and more serious.Effective control of territorial development intensity has become an important guarantee to promote the conservation and intensive use of resources and effectively protect the ecological environment.Based on a comprehensive review of the research progress of territorial development intensity,this paper takes Panxi region as an example to make an empirical analysis of its territorial development intensity in order to provide a reference for the formulation of regional territory planning and the implementation of territorial regulation strategies.
