摘要
随着终身学习理念的普及,自主学习已经成为了现代高等教育发展的必然趋势,在实现本科教育目的的过程中,大学生自主学习是影响高校人才培养质量的重要因素,本文以齐默曼自主学习理论模型中的自主学习时间模块为理论基础,结合调研的数据分析当前本科生在自主学习时间上的管理情况,发现当前大学生自主学习热情有待提升;自主学习时间管理的效果与自主学习能力存在正相关性;大学生自主学习时间管理两极化较为严重等问题,高校有必要在大学生自主学习时间的管理上开展相关工作,帮助大学生学会管理时间,进而提升自主学习能力,为高校学风建设打下坚实基础。
Autonomous learning has become an inevitable trend in the development of modern higher education with the popularization of the concept of lifelong learning.Autonomous learning of college students is an important factor af fecting the quality of talent training in colleges and universities in the process of realizing the purpose of undergraduate education.Based on the time module of autonomous learning in Zimmerman's theoretical model of autonomous learning,combined with the research data,this paper analyzes the management of undergraduate students'independent learning time,found that the current enthusiasm of students'autonomous learning needs to be improved;the effect of autonomous learning time management has a positive correlation with their autonomous learning ability;the polarization of autonomous learning time management of college students is more serious,so it is necessary for colleges and universities to carry out relevant work on the management of college students'independent study time,to help college students learn to manage time,so as to improve their independent study ability and lay a solid foundation for the construction of college study style.
