摘要
目的探讨以岗位胜任力为核心的老年护理人才培养模式对高职护生岗位胜任力、老年护理综合能力的影响。方法以班级为单位,随机整群抽取2个班为研究对象,分试验组(n=40)和对照组(n=40)。试验组按照以岗位胜任力为核心的老年护理人才培养模式进行培养。对照组按照传统教学模式进行培养。并采用注册护士核心能力量表、老年护理综合能力考核进行效果评价。结果试验组护生岗位胜任力(141.95±4.449)得分高于对照组(128.15±4.161),除领导能力维度外,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组老年护理综合能力总分(76.15±3.82)、案例分析成绩(38.13±2.483)及技能操作成绩(38.03±2.646)得分均高于对照组(72.53±3.404,36.75±2.667,35.78±2.815),差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论以岗位胜任力为核心的老年护理人才培养模式有利于提高护生岗位胜任力、老年护理综合能力,对促进养老护理事业发展,缓解社会压力具有重要现实意义,值得进一步推广应用。
To explore the inf luence of the training mode of elderly nursing talents with post competency as the core on the post competency and elderly nursing comprehensive ability of higher vocational nursing students.Two classes were randomly divided into two groups,the experimental group(n=40)and the control group(n=40).The experimental group was trained according to the training mode of elderly nursing talents with post competency a s the core.T he control g roup was trained a ccording to the traditional teaching mode.The results were evaluated by the core competence scale of registered nurses and the comprehensive ability assessment of elderly nursing.The scores of post competence(141.95±4.449)of nursing students in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(128.15±4.161),except for the dimension of leadership,the dif ferences were statistically signif icant(P<0.05);the scores of comprehensive ability(76.15±3.82),case analysis(38.13±2.483)and skill operation(38.03±2.646)in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(72.53±3.404,36.75±2.667,35.78±2.815),The dif ference was statistically signif icant(P<0.05).The training model of elderly nursing talents with post competency as the core is conducive to improving the post competency of nursing students and the comprehensive ability of elderly nursing,which has important practical signif icance in promoting the development of elderly care and relieving social pressure,and is worthy of further promotion and application.
