摘要
分析多功能模拟人在神经内科临床教学中的应用价值。选取2014级临床医学生60名作为研究对象,随机自行分组,其中对照组30名医学生采用传统方法教学,实验组30名则运用多功能模拟人进行教学。比较两组医学生理论知识、操作技能成绩及其对教学方式的评价结果。教学结束时两组理论知识、操作技能成绩与教学前相比均增高(P<0.05),且实验组均较对照组高(P<0.05);实验组医学生对教学方式的整体评价较对照组高(P<0.05)。在神经内科临床教学中使用多功能模拟人,可提高医学生的考试成绩,且能够提升其对教学方式的好评度。
To analyze the application value of multifunctional simulators in clinical teaching of neurology.60 clinical medical students of grade 2014 were selected as research objects and randomly divided into groups.30 medical students in the control group were taught by traditional methods,while 30 in the experimental group were taught by multi-functional simulators.The two groups of medical students were compared in t heoretical knowledge,operational s kills a nd t eaching methods.At the end of the t eaching,t heoretical knowledge and operational skills of the two groups were all higher than before the teaching(P<0.05),and the experimental group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).The overall evaluation of teaching method of medical students in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The use of multifunctional simulators in clinical teaching of neurology department can improve the exam scores of medical students and enhance their praise of teaching methods.
