前列地尔联合尼莫地平治疗动脉瘤性蛛网膜下腔出血脑血管痉挛的效果分析

Effect Analysis of Alprostadil Combined with Nimodipine in the Treatment of Cerebral Vasospasm after Subarachnoid Hemorrhage

目的|探讨前列地尔联合尼莫地平治疗动脉瘤性蛛网膜下腔出血脑血管痉挛的效果。方法选取2017年6月--2019年12月沈阳市第五人民医院收治的76例动脉瘤性蛛网膜下腔出血脑血管痉李患者,依据治疗方式的不同将患者分为对照组和观察组各38例。对照组在常规治疗方案基础上加用尼莫地平治疗,观察组在对照组治疗方案基础上联合应用前列地尔。比较两组的治疗效果和用药期间不良反应发生情况,以及治疗前后脑中动脉血流速度和神经功能评分。结果观察组治疗效果及治疗后脑中动脉血流速度改善情况、神经功能评分均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组用药不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论前列地尔联合尼莫地平治疗动脉瘤性蛛网膜下腔出血脑血管痉李疗效确切,且不会增加药物不良反应,具有较好的临床应用价值。

Objective To investigate the efect of alprostadil combined with nimodipine in the treatment of cerebral vasospasm after subarachnoid hemorthage.Methods A total of 76 patients with cerebral vasospasm after subarachnoid hemorrhage in The Fifth People's Hospital of Shenyang from June 2017 to December 2019 were sclected and divided into control group and observation group according to the different treatment methods,with 38 cases in cach group.The control group was treated with nimodipine on the basis of conventional treatment,while the observation group was treated with alprostadil on the basis of the control group.The treatment efect and adverse drug reactions,as well as the blood flow velocity of middle cerebral artery(MCA),and neurological fiunction score before and afier treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The treatment effect,improvement of MCA blood flow velocity and neurological function score in the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse drug reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Alprostadil combination with nimodipine in the treatment of cerebral vasospasm caused by subarachnoid hemorrhage has definite curative effect,and docs not increase the adverse drug reactions,which has good clinical application value.
