地稔有害元素与没食子酸的灰色关联度分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的:通过测定地稔药材中铅、镉、砷、汞、铜5种有害元素及有效成分没食子酸含量,为探讨有害元素与有效成分的相关性提供参考。方法:采用原子吸收分光光度法和电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定有害元素的含量,以高效液相色谱法测定没食子酸含量;通过灰色关联度对有害元素及没食子酸的关系进行分析。结果:10产地地稔中均未检出汞,1产地的重金属总量、镉和铅含量超标,4个产地的镉含量超标;地稔中有害元素铅、镉、砷、铜的含量与没食子酸含量均有一定的相关性。结论:有害元素与没食子酸的灰色关联度模型可为地稔药材的种植和质量控制提供参考。 Objective: To determine the content of lead, cadmium, arsenic, mercury, copper and gallic acid in Melastoma dodecandrum from different producing areas;Providing a reference for discussing the correlation between harmful elements and effective components. Methods:Atomic absorption spectrometry and inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry was employed to determine the contents of harmful elements;HPLC was used to determine the contents of gallic acid;Analyzing the relationship between harmful elements and gallic acid by grey relational degree. Results:No mercury was found in any of the Melastoma dodecandrum in the 10 producing areas, the amount of heavy metals, cadmium and lead in the 1 producing area exceeded the standard, and the cadmium content in the 4 producing areas exceeded the standard;The contents of lead, cadmium, arsenic and copper were correlated with the content of gallic acid. Conclusion: This research can provide reference for the cultivation and quality control of Melastoma dodecandrum.
