摘要 目的探讨不同交流方式在直升机上救护中的应用及效果。方法野战医疗队共参加直升机救护演练10次,按参训先后顺序分为对照组和观察组。对照组人员未经过规范手语培训,单纯采用耳麦进行语言交流,观察组人员经过规范化手语及小白板写字培训后,采取耳麦语言交流、规范的手语及小白板写字的交流方式,三种方式根据直升机飞行过程选择使用。比较两组救护演练中医务人员出现沟通障碍的次数以及对救护中沟通效果的满意度。结果观察组采用的交流方式出现的沟通障碍次数比对照组少(P<0.05),并且观察组医务人员对沟通效果的满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论选择合适的交流方式,可以提高直升机救护中沟通效果,避免直升机高空噪声、振动颠簸、电磁波干扰而影响交流效果,提高交流的准确性,确保患者得到及时有效的救治,值得推广。 Objective To explore the application and effect of different communication modes in helicopter rescue.Methods The field medical team participated in helicopter rescue drills for 10 times,which were divided into controlgroup and observation group according to the training sequence.The control group did not receive the standardized signlanguage training,but simply used the headset for language communication.After the standardized sign language andsmall whiteboard writing training,the observation group adopted the communication methods of headset language com-munication,standard sign language and small whiteboard writing,which were selected according to the helicopter flightprocess.The frequency of communication barriers and satisfaction with the communication effect in rescue were com-pared between the two groups.Results The number of communication barriers in the observation group was less thanthat in the control group(P<0.05),and the satisfaction of medical staff in the observation group was higher than that inthe control group(P<0.05).Conclusion To select the appropriate communication mode,improve the communication ef-fect in helicopter rescue,avoid the influence of helicopter high altitude noise,vibration turbulence and electromagneticwave interference on the communication effect,improve the accuracy of communication,and ensure the timely and ef-fective treatment of patients,which is worthy of promotion.
