摘要 针对池州市当前缺乏精细化内涝预警降雨量阈值的问题,利用城市综合流域排水模型InfoWorks ICM构建了池州市主城区暴雨内涝模型,并选用4场实测排口流量数据和历史内涝积水点对城市内涝模型进行率定和验证,发现该模型具有较高的准确度和可靠性。在此基础上,以内涝积水深度为预警指标,对不同降雨历时,不同雨型的设计降雨情景下研究区域的积水深度进行模拟。结果表明,降雨历时对暴雨内涝预警的降雨量阈值影响显著,而降雨雨型对暴雨内涝预警的降雨量阈值影响不明显。研究得出的降雨量阈值可为池州市主城区暴雨内涝预警和内涝应急管理提供参考依据。 Aiming at the lack of fine waterlogging warning rainfall depth threshold situation in Chizhou,the rainstorm waterlogging model in the main zone of Chizhou was constructed by using InfoWorks ICM.The model was calibrated and validated by four measured rainfall runoff events and historical waterlogging data.The results show that the model has good accuracy and reliability.Moreover,the depth of waterlogging as an early warning index was used to predict the depth of waterlogging in the study area under different rainfall duration and rain patterns.The results show that the rainfall du-ration has a significant impact on the rainfall threshold of rainstorm waterlogging warning,while the rainfall pattern has no obvious impact.The threshold of rainfall depth can provide suggestions for flood warning and flood emergency manage-ment in the main zone of Chizhou City.
