深水油气开采重大工艺灾害分析及抗爆减灾研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 深水油气开采环境恶劣、工艺复杂,井喷、油气泄漏爆燃等事故对深水油气的安全高效开发带来严重威胁。针对井喷、油气泄漏爆燃等深水油气开采重大工艺事故的预测与防控,重点阐述了深水钻井及井控作业安全性分析、海洋平台油气泄漏爆燃危险载荷快速预测技术、海洋平台抗爆减灾应对方案等相关研究进展。建议提前布局海洋含硫油气田开采作业风险管控的研究、推进深水油气开采安全风险智能化防控研究。本文研究成果可为我国深水油气开发重大事故防控体系的构建提供借鉴。 Due to the harsh offshore environment and complicated technological process,the safe and efficient exploitation of deepwater oil and gas is seriously threatened by accidents such as blowout,oil and gas leakage and deflagration,etc.Focusing on the prediction,prevention and control of major process accidents in deepwater oil and gas exploitation such as blowout,oil and gas leakage and deflagration,etc.,the research progress of safety analysis of deepwater drilling and well control operations,rapid prediction technology of dangerous loads of oil and offshore gas leakage and deflagration,and response scheme of anti-explosion and disaster mitigation,etc.have been elaborated.It is recommended to arrange the research on risk management and control of offshore sulfur-bearing oil and gas field development in advance,promote the research on intelligent prevention and control of safety risks in deepwater oil and gas exploitation.There search results of the paper can provide reference for the construction of the prevention and control system of major oil and gas exploitation accidents in China.
