摘要
目的了解北京市与居民生活相关的中小餐饮企业环境类型中蝇类密度及侵害情况,为制定合理的蝇类防制方案、科学防制蝇类、改善防蝇设施和提高人居环境卫生质量提供科学依据。方法收集整理2019年北京市城区用目测法监测到的中小餐饮企业环境类型中的蝇类数据,利用Excel软件建立数据库进行统计分析。结果2019年北京市中小餐饮企业室内成蝇阳性率为7.56%,密度为1.95只/间;防蝇设施合格率为91.70%。生产销售直接入口食品的场所未见成蝇,室内蝇类孳生地阳性率为0.00%。监测2000家中小餐饮,以《病媒生物密度控制水平蝇类》GB/T 27772-2011作为评价依据,各项评价指标全部达到C级水平的为834家,占41.70%。结论北京市中小餐饮企业对生产销售直接入口场所成蝇及室内蝇类孳生地的控制效果较好,少数存在防蝇设施不合格、受到室内成蝇侵害的情况。建议相关单位及时整改,有效降低蝇密度。
Objective To understand the density and invasion of flies in small and medium-sized catering in Beijing,so as to provide a scientific basis for formulating a reasonable control program of fly,to improve the fly prevention facilities and the environmental hygiene.Methods The data of flies in the small and medium-sized caterings monitored by visual method in the urban areas of Beijing in 2019 was collected and analyzed by using Excel software.Results In 2019,the percent of the rooms that were aggrieved by flies in small and medium-sized caterings in Beijing was 7.56%,with a density of 1.95 flies/room;the qualified rate of fly prevention facilities was 91.70%;no adult flies were found in the places where the food being directly eaten was produced and sold,and the positive rate of indoor fly breeding site was 0.2000 small and medium-sized caterings were monitored and evaluate on the basis of the Criteria for vector density control-Fly(GB/T 27772-2011).There were 837 caterings whose all the evaluation indexes reached the C level,accounting for 41.70%.Conclusions For the small and medium-sized caterings in Beijing,it has achieved good control effect on the adult flies in the places where the food being directly eaten were produced and sold.And indoor fly breeding sites were well controlled.However,there are still a few small number of the small and medium-sized caterings whose fly prevention facilities were unqualified and a few small number of which were invaded by indoor adult flies.It is recommended that relevant units should rectify and reform in time in order to reduce the density of flies effectively.
