北京市房山区磨盘柿多元素结果分析 被引量:1

Multi element analysis of Mopan persimmon in Fangshan district of Beijing

摘要 目的了解北京市房山区地理标志产品磨盘柿的多元素成分含量,为进一步开发磨盘柿的营养价值提供依据。方法使用电感耦合等离子体质谱仪对房山区两个镇产磨盘柿进行测定。结果经测定分析得出房山区两个镇的磨盘柿13种元素的含量平均值分别为钾2294 mg/kg、钙138.9 mg/kg、镁76.21 mg/kg、铁8.101 mg/kg、钠1.461 mg/kg、锰1.212 mg/kg和锌1.004 mg/kg,其他6种元素铅、镉、总砷、总汞、铬、硒含量低于方法检出限。同一镇不同年份间元素含量比较,锌、铁、锰、钙、钾含量差异有统计学意义(P<0.001),镁、钠含量差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);磨盘柿中钾、钙、锰、锌含量高于日常食用水果(苹果和梨)。结论房山区磨盘柿矿物元素,钾、钙、镁、铁,特别是钾含量高,综合利用开发前景广阔。 Objective To understand the multi-elements content in Mopan persimmon,a geographical indication product in Fangshan district,and to provide a basis for the further development of the nutritional value of Mopan persimmon.Methods Inductively coupled plasma spectrometry(ICP-MS)was used to determine the persimmon in two towns in Fangshan district.Results The result showed that the average contents of 13 elements in Mopan Persimmon in Fangshan district were 2294 mg/kg of potassium,138.9 mg/kg of calcium,76.21 mg/kg of magnesium,8.101 mg/kg of iron,1.461 mg/kg of sodium,1.212 mg/kg of manganese and 1.004 mg/kg of zinc,and the other 6 elements of lead,cadmium,total arsenic,total mercury,chromium and selenium were lower than the detection limit.There were significant differences of zinc,ion,manganese,calcium and potassium among different years in the same town(P<0.001),but there was no significant differences in manganese and sodium(P>0.05).The contents of potassium,calcium,manganese and zinc in persimmon were higher than those in daily edible fruits,such as apple and pear.Conclusions The mineral elements of Mopan persimmon in Fangshan district are high in potassium,calcium,magnesium and iron,especially potassium,which has a broad prospect of comprehensive utilization and development.
