摘要
热管理是新能源汽车关键技术之一,对整车的安全和高效运行至关重要。实验研究是先进热管理技术开发和验证的重要手段,同时也是开展教学的重要方法。为了满足新能源汽车热管理教学内容的需求,该文基于CompactRIO虚拟仪器系统和LabVIEW语言开发了一种新能源汽车热管理实验教学平台,并进行应用研究,验证了该平台的功能性和教学价值。该平台的开发补充了新能源汽车理论教学的实验实践教学环节,既可以进一步提高学生对课程理论的理解程度,也可以培养和锻炼学生的创新能力和面对实际工程问题的实践应用能力。
Thermal management is one of the key technologies of new energy vehicles and is essential to the safe and efficient operation of the vehicle.Experimental research is an important method for the development and verification of advanced thermal management technologies,and it is also an important method for teaching.In order to meet the needs of new energy vehicle thermal management teaching,a new energy vehicle thermal management experimental teaching platform is developed based on the CompactRIO virtual instrument system and LabVIEW,and application research is conducted to verify the functionality and teaching value of the experimental platform,which has achieved the predetermined design goals.The new energy vehicle thermal management experimental teaching platform supplements the experimental practice teaching link of new energy vehicle theory teaching.It can not only further improve students’understanding of the theoretical study of the course,but also cultivate and train their innovative ability and practical application ability in face of practical engineering problems.
