生态系统氮素运转虚拟仿真实验的设计与开发 被引量:2

摘要 为突破生态学实体实验教学在时间、空间、仪器设备等方面的限制,设计开发出基于稳定性同位素技术的生态系统氮素运转虚拟仿真实验系统。该系统以稻鱼共生系统氮素运转的稳定性同位素定量跟踪实体实验为基础,采用最新3D仿真技术建立虚拟仿真实验,内容包括稻鱼共生系统的构建、氮素在生物之间运转的观测、野外取样和室内样品前处理、稳定性同位素15N的测定、氮素运转利用分析等虚拟过程。该系统将抽象概念及过程转化为直观、立体的仿真图形并开展实验,从实体操作到虚拟仿真,使学生拥有沉浸式的学习体验。两年的实践应用表明,该系统增加了实验趣味性,提高了学生参与实验的积极性,培养了学生的创新能力和科研能力,推动了生态学实验课程的改革与创新。 In order to break the limits of ecological experiment in time, space, instrument and equipment, a virtual simulation experiment system of detecting nitrogen transfer in ecosystem by using stable isotopes is designed and developed. The system is based on the experiments of stable isotope quantitative tracking of nitrogen transfer in the rice-fish ecosystem, and the latest 3D simulation technology is used to establish the virtual simulation experiment. The contents of the virtual simulation experiment include the construction of the rice fish ecosystem, observation of nitrogen movement between organisms, field sampling and laboratory sample pretreatment, determination of the stable isotope 15N, the analysis of nitrogen transfer in rice-fish ecosystem, etc. The system transforms the abstract concepts and processes into intuitive and 3D simulation graphics. From physical operation to virtual simulation, students can get an immersive learning experience. The two-year practice shows that the system increases the interest of the experiment, improves students’ enthusiasm to participate in the experiment, cultivates their innovation ability and scientific research ability, and promotes the reform and innovation of ecology experiment course.
