摘要
以实际配送中心作业流程与管理需求为背景,依托自动分拣与智能堆垛实验室的实体设备,采用虚实结合的方式,建成了库存管理与自动化仓储虚拟仿真实验系统。分析了仿真系统的功能、设备、仿真原理及流程,完成了自动化仓储系统认知与布局、实时库存管理与全流程管理,实现了对"高集成、多环节、多品类"自动化仓储作业流程、"多岗位、多工种、多场景一体化"管理过程的虚拟仿真,为物流管理相关专业人才培养提供了强有力的支撑。
Based on the actual operation process and management requirements of the distribution center,and by relying on the physical equipment of automatic sorting and intelligent stacking laboratory,the virtual simulation experimental system of inventory management and automatic warehousing is established by combining virtuality and reality.The function,equipment,simulation principle and process of the simulation system are analyzed to complete the cognition and layout of automatic warehousing system,real-time inventory management and whole process management of automatic warehousing.The virtual simulation of"highly integrated,multi-link and multi-category"automatic warehousing operation process and"multi-post,multi-type of work,multi-scene integration"management process provides strong support for training logistics management related professionals.
