高校化工类实验室风险辨识评价方法研究

Research on risk identification and evaluation method of chemical laboratory in colleges and universities

针对化工类实验室风险认识不足、安全管理不够到位等问题,提出了化工类实验室风险评价方法。基于实验室事故统计分析,从物质、工艺和设备三个方面辨识评价化工类实验室固有风险,建立了化工类实验室风险评价指标体系,包括3个一级指标和10个二级指标,并根据危险性大小将化工类实验室分为A、B、C、D共4个等级。构建化工类实验室风险分级体系,能更加有针对性地进行实验室安全管理,预防实验室安全事故的发生。

In view of the problems such as insufficient risk awareness and inadequate safety management in university chemical laboratories,a risk evaluation method for chemical laboratories is proposed.Based on the statistical analysis of laboratory accidents,the inherent risks of chemical laboratories are identified and evaluated from the three aspects of material,process and equipment.A risk evaluation index system for chemical laboratories is established,including three primary indicators and ten secondary indicators.According to the magnitude of the hazard,the chemical laboratories are divided into four levels:A,B,C,and D.The construction of chemical laboratory risk classification system can be more targeted for laboratory safety management and prevent laboratory accidents.
