摘要
基于单个磁悬浮驱动织针原理,提出多级螺线管永磁织针驱动方式。将永磁织针等效为单层通电螺线管,并根据安培定则计算其在多级通电螺线管中所受电磁力大小,分析并计算永磁织针在不同结构的多级螺线管中所受轴向电磁力的大小。通过Ansys Maxwell有限元仿真软件建立多级螺线管驱动织针模型,并对模型进行磁场分析,研究不同结构参数多级螺线管驱动织针模型对永磁织针产生的驱动力以及永磁织针的最大上升高度,获得一种大行程驱动织针的多级螺线管驱动模型。
According to the single magnet levitation knitting needle driving principle,a multi-stage solenoid permanent magnet driving knitting needle mode is proposed.The permanent magnet needle is equivalent to a singlelayer solenoid,and its electromagnetic force in the multi-stage solenoid is calculated according to Ampere rule.The axial electromagnetic force of the permanent magnet needle in the multi-stage solenoid with different structures is analyzed and calculated.The multi-stage solenoid driving needle model is established by ANSYS Maxwell finite element simulation software,and the magnetic field of the model is analyzed.The driving force of the needle driven by multi-stage solenoid with different structural parameters and the maximum lifting height of the permanent magnet needle are analyzed.A multi-stage solenoid driving needle model with large displacement is obtained.
