导湿凉感织物结构设计与性能测试 被引量:8

摘要 为解决常规凉感纤维不吸水,难以导出汗液,进而造成织物表面不干爽、不能持久凉爽的问题,利用润湿梯度及异型纤维的差动毛细效应,通过调整纬编间隔织物表层、中间层、里层的纱线配置,赋予织物接触凉感和导湿性能。并测试纤维的微观形貌以及织物的接触瞬间凉感、透湿性能、导湿性能、透气性能等。结果表明,织物表层采用超高分子量聚乙烯纤维,里层采用竹纤维,中间连接层采用十字形截面的涤纶纤维,所制备织物的导湿及凉感性能更优异。 In order to solve the problem that the conventional cool feeling fiber does not absorb water and is difficult to conduct sweat,resulting in the surface of the fabric to be not dry and not to cool for a long time,the weft knitted spacer fabric is endowed with contact cool feeling and moisture conductivity by adjusting the yarn configuration of the surface layer,middle layer and inner layer of the fabric by using the wetting gradient and differential capillary effect of the special-shaped fiber.The micro-morphology of the fiber and the cool feeling,moisture permeability,moisture conductivity and air permeability of the fabric are tested.The results show that the surface layer of the fabric is made of UHMWPE fiber,the inner layer is made of bamboo fiber,and the middle connecting layer is made of polyester fiber with cross shape cross-section,the moisture conductivity and cool feeling of the fabric are better.
