Optimization of Post-treatment Process for Nylon Fabric Dyed by Eriofast Reactive Dyes

文中对Eriofast活性染料染深红、深紫、深黑色后处理进行试验分析,通过对固色温度、固色时间、NaOH用量、水洗温度等进行优化,并将结果应用到实际大生产中,保证锦纶织物各项色牢度合格的情况下提升织物的深度和颜色稳定性。结果表明:使用Eriofast Fix进行固色,并控制固色温度为60℃,固色时间为40 min,NaOH用量为1.75 g/L,水洗温度为60℃,染色效果较好。大生产结果表明,锦纶织物深度饱满,颜色稳定性好,各项色牢度均达到4.0~5.0级,产品质量大大满足了客户需求。

The post-processing is tested and analyzed in this article when dyeing deep purple and deep black with Eriofast reactive dyes.And the optimization of fixing temperature,fixing time,NaOH dosage,washing water temperature,etc,is carried out.The results applied to the actual production,which improved the depth and color stability of the fabric,ensuring that the nylon fabric’s different fastness is qualified.The results show that when Eriofast Fix is used for color fixing,under the conditions of the color fixing temperature of 60℃,the color fixing time of 40 minutes,the NaOH dosage of 1.75 g/L,and the washing water temperature of 60℃,the dyeing effect is good.The mass production results show that the nylon fabric has full depth of good color stability,and various fastness reaches level 4~5,and the product quality greatly meets the customer’s demand.
