摘要
通过某前油封法兰盘压铸件缺陷分析,借助鱼骨图质量工具,确定气孔位置及产生的原因,并依据有关压铸理论以及数值模拟技术,优化了铸件排气系统及排溢系统。结果表明,运用数值模拟技术,合理布置排气槽与渣包可以有效地解决压铸件的气孔缺陷,解决该铸件两处气孔缺陷。
Based on the defects analysis of a front oil-seal flange and using the fishbone diagram quality tool,the origination of air hole defects in the product and its location were analyzed.To solve the air hole defects,the exhausting system and overflow system were optimized according to the die-casting theory and numerical simulation analysis.The results reveal that through the numerical simulation and rational arranging exhausting system,the gas hole defects can be solved effectively.
