摘要
研究了M35-1镍铜合金熔炼过程中增碳剂、硅铁、锰铁的烧损率,在ASTM标准范围内收窄C、Si、Mn成分范围,可以很大程度上提高M35-1镍铜合金的力学性能,提高铸件合格率。同时提高了熔炼合金的品质,避免因夹渣缺陷而导致M35-1镍铜合金力学性能不达标。
The mechanical properties and qualified rate of M35-1 nickel copper alloy were greatly improved by understanding the burning loss rate of carburant,ferrosilicon and ferromanganese in the melting process of M35-1 nickel copper alloy as well as narrowing the composition range of C,Si and Mn with in ASTM standard.Meanwhile,the quality of liquid alloy during melting and pouring was improved,avoiding internal defects of M35-1 nickel copper alloy caused by slag inclusion defect,which ensures the stability of mechanical properties.
