摘要
对车长门底座特种钢铸件采用发热冒口进行补缩,分析了冒口下部缩孔缺陷产生的原因。结合Pro-CAST仿真模拟技术,优化了冒口工艺方案,并通过冒口对比、密实度解剖、加工、射线检测、超声探伤等验证了工艺方案的合理性。结果表明,解决了车长门底座在酯硬化水玻璃生产的铸造缩孔问题,实现了冒口充分补缩。
The causes of shrinkage defect in the lower part of the riser were analyzed.Combined with Pro-CAST simulation technology,the riser process plan was optimized,and the rationality of the process plan was verified by riser comparison,density dissection,machining,radiographic detection,ultrasonic flaw detection,etc.The results show that the foundry shrinkage problem of the base of the long door in the production of ester hardened sodium silicate is solved and the riser shrinkage is fully realized.
