摘要
聚氯乙烯(Polyvinyl chloride,简称PVC)的理化性能极好,例如耐腐蚀性、电绝缘性,且价格便宜,其为塑料制品的主要原料,因而得到了广泛的应用。最近这些年,世界对PVC的需求量在逐渐递增,但是PVC的热稳定性比较差,影响塑料的性能,而且传统的热稳定剂中有一些有毒有害物质,影响人们的身体健康。因此本文主要研究现在最流行的一种环保型热稳定剂的制备方式,并分析其在PVC中的应用。
Polyvinyl chloride(PVC)has excellent physical and chemical properties,such as corrosion resistance,electrical insulation,and low price.It is the main raw material of plastic products,so it has been widely used.In recent years,the world’s demand for PVC is gradually increasing,but the thermal stability of PVC is relatively poor,affecting the properties of plastics,and there are some toxic and harmful substances in traditional heat stabilizers,which affect people’s health.Therefore,this paper mainly studies the preparation method of the most popular environmental protection heat stabilizer,and analyzes its application in PVC.
