二氧化锡纳晶除氧薄膜的制备

摘要 锅炉水的高含氧量将导致锅炉和运行系统发生腐蚀,造成安全隐患。去除锅炉给水中的溶解氧对减少运行费用,增大锅炉运行效率具有重大意义。本论文在综述已有除氧技术的基础上,研究运用SnO2纳晶薄膜光电化学法除去水中的溶解氧。根据SnO2光催化氧化过程的原理,将其用于去除锅炉给水中的溶解氧。分析实验数据可得出结论,SnO2纳晶薄膜在光照条件下能有效减少水中溶解氧的含量,且TiCl4修饰的SnO2纳晶薄膜比空白的SnO2纳晶薄膜除氧效果更好。 The high oxygen content of boiler water will lead to corrosion of boiler and operation system,causing potential safety hazards.Removal of dissolved oxygen in boiler feed water is of great significance to reduce operating costs and increase boiler operating efficiency.On the basis of summarizing the existing oxygen removal technologies,the authors studied the removal of dissolved oxygen in water by using SnO2 nanocrystalline film photoelectrochemical method.According to the principle of SnO2 photocatalytic oxidation process,it was used to remove dissolved oxygen in boiler feed water.After analyzing the experimental data,it can be concluded that the SnO2 nanocrystal film can effectively reduce the dissolved oxygen content in water under light conditions,and the oxygen removal effect of the TiCl4-modified SnO2 nanocrystal film is better than that of the blank SnO2nanocrystal film.
