摘要
随着过程工业自动化及智能化水平的不断提高,报警系统对过程的平稳性及安全性越来越重要。有效管理的报警系统能在过程异常时及时发出报警,提醒并支持操作员及时采取响应动作,通过主动干预将过程调整回正常操作范围。未有效管理的报警系统常表现出负荷过大、报警泛滥频发及人机界面设计不合理等问题,不能有效支持操作员操作。笔者基于在油气管道、石油化工及精细化工等行业的调研情况总结了报警系统管理常见问题,并就如何解决这些问题进行了简要探讨。
With the continuous improvement of process automation and intelligence,the alarm system is becoming increasingly important to process stability and safety.In case any abnormal condition rise up in the process,an effectively managed alarm system can remind and support the operator to take timely response action to bring the process back to normal operating range.An alarm system that is not effectively managed often presents problems such as excessive alarm loads,alarm floods,and poor HMI design,therefore cannot effectively support the operators.Based on survey findings in O&G pipeline,petrochemical industry and fine chemical industry,common problems exist in alarm system management are summarized,and how to solve these problems is discussed briefly.
