摘要
在DCS系统中,随着产品复杂性提高,产品的发热量也随之上升。对于产品设计而言散热也成为一个挑战,采用适当可靠的方法控制产品内部所有电子元器件的温度,使其在所处的工作环境条件下不超过稳定运行要求的最高温度,以保证产品正常运行的安全性,长期运行的可靠性。控制站盘柜散热能力直接关系到安装在机柜中的系统模块所处的环境温度。结合DCS盘柜热设计常采用的方法,介绍盘柜散热计算方法及相关的结构设计要点。
In the DCS system,with the increase of product complexity,the heat output of the product will also increase.For product design,heat dissipation is also a challenge.Appropriate and reliable methods must be adopted to control the temperature of all electronic components in the product,so that they do not exceed the maximum temperature required for stable operation under the working environment conditions,so as to ensure the safety of the normal operation of the product and the reliability of long-term operation.The cooling capacity of the DCS cabinet is directly related to the ambient temperature of the system module installed in the cabinet.Combining with the methods commonly used in the thermal design of DCS cabinet,the paper introduces the calculation method of heat dissipation of DCS cabinet and the key points of structure design.
