在家庭用水监测环节中获得广泛普及和应用的冷水水表,是用于贸易结算的国家强制检定目录中的计量器具。在实际使用中,水表因安装不当、内部机械磨损、服役年限长等因素存在计量异常问题,常产生水费纠纷和仲裁检定问题。本文主要分析在应用冷水水表时所出现的计量异常问题,及其仲裁检定的探究。

The cold water meter,which is widely used in domestic water monitoring,is a measuring instrument in the national mandatory verification catalogue for trade settlement.In actual use,there are abnormal measurement problems of water meter due to improper installation,internal mechanical wear,long service life and other factors,which often lead to disputes over water fee and arbitration and verification.The paper mainly analyzes the measurement anomaly in the application of cold water meter and explores its arbitration verification.
