本文结合400万吨/年大型煤制油装置历次检修管理经验,总结出了一套标准化检修管理模式,既能提高检修质量保障设备长周期运行,又能提高生产运行效率带来经济效益。以气化炉检修为例,就标准化检修模式的应用经验进行了介绍。

The paper introduced the management experience of standardized maintenance in the 4 million t/a coal-to-liquids device,summed up a set of standardized maintenance management mode,can improve the quality of maintenance to support using time,and can improve the efficiency of production to bring economic performance.And introduced the application experience of standardized maintenance management mode in the gasifier maintenance.
