国外报废机动车拆解的发展及对我国的启示

Development of Dismantling Scrapped Motor Vehicles Abroad and Its Enlightenment to China

近年来,随着我国城市化程度提高和道路交通运输的发展,汽车需求量和保有量迅速增加,报废汽车数量也随之上升,带动了报废机动车回收行业的发展,也暴露出拆解过程的安全隐患和环保问题。本文介绍了国内外关于汽车拆解行业的发展现状,我国在促进报废机动车产业发展采取的相应措施,结合国外先进的管理和规划体系模式,拆解企业必须满足各项拆解规范,采取相关污染防治措施,减轻对环境的污染,科学规划和制定拆解方案,最大资源化利用拆解零部件。

In recent years,with the improvement of urbanization and the development of road transportation in China,the demand and possession of automobiles have increased rapidly,and the number of scrapped automobiles has also increased,which has led to the development of the scrap motor vehicle recycling industry,and also exposed the potential safety hazards and environmental protection problems in the dismantling process.This paper introduces the development status of automobile dismantling industry at home and abroad,and the corresponding measures taken by China to promote the development of scrapped motor vehicle industry.Combined with foreign advanced management and planning system model,dismantling enterprises must meet various dismantling specifications,take relevant pollution prevention measures,reduce environmental pollution,scientifically plan and formulate dismantling schemes,and make the most resource-based use of dismantling parts.
