我国实物地质资料服务现状及对策研究——以自然资源实物地质资料中心为例

Research on current situation and countermeasures of cores and samples service in China——A case study of Cores and Samples Center of Natural Resources

实物地质资料是国家重要的基础性、战略性信息资源,是地质工作服务社会的重要载体。随着我国经济社会的不断发展,诸多领域亟需地质工作提供多元化、全方位的实物地质资料信息服务。本文梳理了我国实物地质资料管理服务政策体系,以自然资源实物地质资料中心2015~2019年实物地质资料服务数据统计和进展情况为基础,总结分析得出自然资源实物地质资料中心在到馆服务、网络服务、专题服务、科普服务等方面取得的主要进展,提出了进一步加强实物地质资料社会化服务的对策建议,为今后实物地质资料服务高质量发展提供参考和借鉴。

Cores and samples include rock core and debris,polished thin sections,samples,all other specimen,and all data related to these materials.It is an important information source for national construction and strategy,which provides a bridge for geological work to serve the society.There is an increasing demand of multi-factorial and whole-dimensional information service regarding cores and samples with the economic and social growth.Herein,we summarize the administrational service and policy systems for physical geographical materials.Based on the statistics between 2015 and 2019,we summarize the progress from on-site and internet service,subject service,popular science service and scientific research.We also provide suggestions for strengthening social service from cores and samples in the future.
