摘要
目的建立电感耦合等离子体质谱法(inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry,ICP-MS)检测水产品暂养池水中常见重金属元素(镉、铬、铅、铜,锌、砷等)含量的分析方法。方法采用电感耦合等离子体质谱法,通过测量质谱的峰面积来测定试样中元素的浓度。结果该方法能在3min中内完成6种目标元素的分析,标准曲线线性良好,相关系数均大于0.999,测定结果的相对标准偏差小于5%(n=6),检出限满足样品检测要求。结论该方法精密度高,检测速度优于现有标准中的原子吸收法和常规分光光度法,适用于及时快速监测暂养池水质环境,保证暂养池水质和生物安全药物残留。
Objective To establish the method of common heavy metal elements(cadmium, chromium, lead, copper, zinc, arsenic, etc.) determination in the water of the temporary pond by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometer(ICP-MS). Methods ICP-MS was used to determine the concentration of elements in the sample by measuring the peak area of mass spectrometry. Results The method could detect 6 target elements within 3 minutes, the linearity of the standard curve was good, the correlation coefficients were all greater than 0.999. The relative standard deviation of the determination results was less than 5%(n=6), and the detection limit met the requirements of sample detection. Conclusion The method has high precision and it is faster than the atomic absorption method and conventional spectrophotometry in the existing standards. It is suitable for timely and rapid monitoring of the water quality of the temporary pond to ensure the water quality and biosafety of the temporary pond.
