摘要
对法国出版的压水堆《核岛电气设备设计和建造规则》(RCC-E:2005)进行了深入解读,介绍了核岛仪控设备的鉴定要求和方法,以及在基准试验、极限运行条件下的试验、性能随时间变化的试验和地震试验等阶段的参考标准和执行条件。结合某核电站压力容器水位测量系统实际的鉴定经验,给核电厂专用仪控设备的鉴定提供了一个新的思路。为核电厂相关专用仪控设备的鉴定提供一定的指导,也为仪控专业相关人员审视鉴定活动与标准要求的符合性提供重要的参考。
The“Design and Construction Rules for Electrical Components of PWR Nuclear Island”(RCC-E:2005)published in France is deeply interpreted,and introduces the requirement and methods of nuclear I&C equipment,as well as the reference standards and execution conditions in the stages of benchmark test,extreme operation test,performance change with time and seismic test.Combined with the actual appraisal experience of pressure vessel water level measurement system in a nuclear power plant,a new idea is provided for the qualification of special I&C equipment in nuclear power plant.It can provides some guidance for the qualification of special I&C equipment in nuclear power plant,and also provides an important reference for the relevant personnel of instrument control profession to examine the conformity of qualification activities and standard requirements.
