农村体育的"贫困"客观存在,体育在精准扶贫工作中具有重要战略价值,应当以体育助力精准扶贫加强对农村体育贫困领域的支持。体育作为扶贫杠杆,对于满足村民对美好生活的需要具有不可替代的功能聚合与辐射作用。但农村体育治理过程中由于碎片化治理导致治理效果不明显,代替式治理导致治理内卷化现象,粗放型治理导致治理精准度欠缺,阻碍了农村体育治理现代化的推进。体育精准扶贫与农村体育治理现代化两者相互促进、互为补充。未来要坚持以习近平精准扶贫思想引领农村体育治理,以体制机制协同促进农村体育多元治理,以互联网科学技术激发农村体育智慧治理,以"体育+"模式推动农村体育的全面治理,以软硬兼施并进保障农村体育精准治理。

The"poverty"of rural sports exists objectively.Sports has important strategic value in targeted poverty alleviation.Sports should be used to assist targeted poverty alleviation to strengthen support for rural sports poverty.Sports,as a lever for poverty alleviation,has an irreplaceable function aggregation and radiation effect in meeting the needs of villagers for a better life.However,in the process of rural sports governance,the effect of governance is not obvious due to fragmentation governance,the phenomenon of involution of governance caused by alternative governance,and the lack of governance precision due to extensive governance,which hinders the modernization of rural sports governance.Sports targeted poverty alleviation and rural sports governance modernization promote and complement each other.In the future,we should adhere to Xi Jinping’s thoughts on precision poverty alleviation to lead rural sports governance,promote the multi-governance of rural sports through the coordination of systems and mechanisms,stimulate smart governance of rural sports with Internet science and technology,promote the comprehensive governance of rural sports with the"sports+"model,adopt every possible means to ensure the precise governance of rural sports.
