自闭症谱系障碍儿童和特殊型语言障碍儿童的语言差异研究述评 被引量:4

摘要 语言是社会交往的主要媒介。自闭症谱系障碍儿童和特殊型语言障碍儿童在语言发展上都存在不同程度的滞后,对其日常生活以及认知和社会性发展带来不利影响。梳理相关文献,从语义、语法、语音和语用这四个方面剖析自闭症谱系障碍儿童和特殊型语言障碍儿童的语言发展特点,比较两者的异同,能为准确鉴定两类儿童以及开展干预提供参考。 Language is the main medium of social interaction.Both children with specific language impairment and children with autism spectrum disorder have varying degrees of lag in language development,which adversely affects their daily life and cognitive and social development.By combing relevant literature,this paper analyzes the language development characteristics of children with SLI and ASD from four categories of phonetics,semantics,grammar and pragmatics,compares the similarities and differences between them,and puts forward some suggestions for the accurate identification of the two types of children.
