国外近20年自闭症谱系障碍个体亲社会行为的研究进展

Research Progress of Prosocial Behavior of Individuals With Autism Spectrum Disorder in the Past 20 Years Abroad

采用文献计量法及知识图谱可视化的方法,对Web of Science核心数据库中2000—2020年与ASD个体亲社会行为相关的文献进行定量统计,结合CiteSpace软件,从发文量、发文国家、关键词等方面对ASD个体亲社会行为研究现状进行分析,并从ASD个体亲社会行为的发展水平、影响因素、干预策略、评估与测量四方面进行深入阐述。结果显示,ASD个体亲社会行为能力总体偏低,且受家庭、社会及自身多方面因素的影响;目前国外针对ASD个体亲社会行为的干预方式多元,如药物治疗、同伴干预等,但缺乏针对ASD群体的评估工具。未来可加快研发专门的评估工具,促进干预方式本土化的研究。

With the method of literature metrology and knowledge map visualization,this paper conducts quantitative statistics on the literature related to prosocial behavior of ASD individuals from 2000 to 2020 in the core Database of Web of Science,combining CiteSpace software to analyze the research status of prosocial behavior of ASD individualsfrom the aspects of publication volume,publication country,keywords and so on.It also elaborates on the development level,influencing factors,intervention strategies,evaluation and measurement of ASD individual prosocial behaviors.The results show that the prosocial behavior ability of ASD individuals is generally low,and it is affected by many factors including family,society and self;at present,there are various intervention methods for ASD individual prosocial behavior in foreign countries,such as drug therapy,peer interventionand so on,but there is a lack of assessment tools for ASD group.In the future,the development of specialized assessment tools can be accelerated to promote the localization of intervention methods.
