摘要
襟翼螺杆是用在某型号涡轮螺桨运输机上的一种大长径比圆弧形滚道槽薄壁滚珠丝杠,受零件渗碳、热处理变形影响,产品合格率不足40%,成为企业亟待攻克的一项技术难题。在对近年渗碳前、热处理后数据进行分析的基础上,建立了先锋件选参工艺流程,结合首批零件加工的数据统计,可确定热处理前较优的螺距累积误差区间,加工验证了该方法可显著提高产品合格率。先锋件选参工艺方法可作为材料热处理后,变形规律不明显、尺寸控制困难工况下的一种提高合格率的加工方案。
The flap screw was a kind of thin-wall ball screw with a large aspect ratio and a circular arc groove used in a certain type of turbo-propeller transportation machine.Affected by parts carburizing and heat treatment deformation,the qualified rate of products was less than 40%,which has become a technical problem to be solved urgently.Based on the analysis of the data before carburizing and after heat treatment in recent years,the technological process of selecting pioneer parts was established,and combined with the statistics of the processing data of the first batch of parts,the better cumulative error interval of pitch before heat treatment could be determined,and the processing verification showed that this method could significantly improve the qualified rate of products.The selection process method of pioneer parts could be used as a processing scheme to improve the qualification rate of materials under the conditions of no obvious deformation rule and difficult size control after heat treatment.
