摘要
螺纹联接主要是指螺栓联接和螺钉联接,螺栓联接具有装配简单、拆卸方便、效率高、成本低且可以重复使用,能够抵抗外力等众多优点,但对生产装配中的扭矩质量要求也越来越精密。中航飞机股份有限公司长沙起落架分公司在零件装配中常用螺纹联接方式,但操作工在零件连接时对连接力产生的扭矩大小没有理性的认识,只是通过感觉,造成拧紧不到位或过拧紧现象,影响整机的安全质量。通过对螺纹联接的连接件进行受力分析,掌握螺栓与连接件间扭矩、夹紧力的关系及计算,达到有效、合理地控制连接,推进螺栓拧紧扭矩控制从最初的“体感”发展到量化,有利于改进和提高生产装备的性能。
Screw connection mainly referred to bolt connection and screw connection,bolt connection had many advantages,such as simple assembly,convenient disassembly,high efficiency,low cost and it could be reused and could resist external forces,but it also required more and more precise torque quality in production and assembly.Changsha Landing Gear Branch Company usually used screw connection in parts assembly,but the operator did not have a rational understanding of the torque generated by the connection force when connecting parts,only through the feeling,it caused the phenomena of insufficient tightening or over tightening,which affected the safety and quality of the whole machine.Through the stress analysis of the threaded connection,the relationship and calculation of the torque and clamping force between the bolt and the connection were mastered,so achieved effective and reasonable control of the connection,which promoted the development of the bolt tightening torque control from the initial body feeling to quantification,and was conducive to improve and increase the performance of the production equipment.
