摘要
为研究圆管支撑钢板仓组合剪力墙的抗震性能,以轴压比、钢板厚度、钢板强度、剪跨比、混凝土强度以及墙体厚度为参数,利用ABAQUS有限元进行模拟分析。结果表明:钢板仓组合剪力墙的承载力以及变形能力随剪跨比的增加而降低,随墙体厚度的增加而提高;增加钢板强度、混凝土强度均可提高剪力墙的承载能力,但变形能力减弱;增加钢板厚度,剪力墙的变形能力先升高后降低,但承载能力不断提高,以钢板厚度为5 mm为宜;增加轴压比会降低剪力墙的变形能力,且当轴压比小于0.4时,剪力墙的承载力随轴压比的增加而提高,大于0.4时则相反。同时根据参数分析以及均匀试验设计数据结合叠加法对墙体的抗剪承载力计算公式进行拟合和修正,结果具有95%的保证率。
In order to study the seismic performance of combined shear wall of round tube supported steel silo,the axial compression ratio,steel plate thickness,steel plate strength,shear span ratio,concrete strength and wall thickness were used as parameters for simulation analysis by ABAQUS.The results show that the bearing capacity and deformation capacity of the combined shear wall of steel silo decrease with the increase of the shear span ratio,and increase with the increase of the thickness of the wall.Increasing the strength of steel plates and concrete can increase the bearing capacity of shear wall,but the deformation capacity is to be weakened.When the thickness of the steel plate is increased,the deformation capacity of the shear wall increases first and then decreases,but the bearing capacity continues to increase.The most suitable thickness of the steel plate is 5 mm.Increasing the axial compression ratio reduces the deformation capacity of the shear wall.The bearing capacity of the shear wall increases with the increase of the axial compression ratio when it is less than 0.4,and the opposite is true when it is bigger than 0.4.At the same time,the calculation formula of the shear capacity of the wall is fitted and modified according to the parameter analysis and uniform test design data combined with the superposition method,and the result has a 95%guarantee rate.
