Research Progress on the Pathogenesis of Canine Distemper Virus(CDV)

犬瘟热病毒(CDV)是一种重要的野生动物疾病,具有很强的传染性,易在易感宿主之间传播。最初被描述为家养狗的传染病,现在被认为是一种全球多宿主的病原体,在各种食肉动物中感染并导致大量死亡。该文回顾近年对野生动物CDV感染的研究,对宿主特异性的和参与犬瘟热发病机制的细胞受体进行讨论。

Canine distemper virus(CDV) is an important wildlife disease.It is highly infectious and easily spread among susceptible hosts.Originally described as an infectious disease in domestic dogs,it is now recognized as a global multi-hosted pathogen that has infected various carnivores and caused a large number of deaths.We reviewed recent studies on CDV infection in wild animals and discussed host-specific cell receptors involved in the pathogenesis of canine distemper.
